loud musicindifferent staff
The noise level was quite frustrating. Loud music continued playing until 7 AM even after the pub closed. It made sleeping nearly impossible. I reported this issue to the staff, but they didn't seem too concerned. The room overlooked the pub's outdoor area. I guess that was part of the problem.

the staff offered me a very warm welcome when i arrived late. i will certainly stay again at this hotel. the room was modern and spotlessly clean. it also included tea and coffee, very welcome after my long road trip.
the bar was a bit noisy until closing time.
